Assist project managers and engineers in concept and design of various civil projects. Produce finished
plans and specs documents and drawings for contractor bidding and installment. Read and understand as well
as make needed amendments and changes to project plans and specs for future projects along with
ongoing projects. Exprience in deadlines and adhering to inhouse practices and standards. Worked with
multiple Installed programs such as AutoCAD, H2O map, and client programs such as pol.pictometery and
alike programs. Basic knowledge of office computer programs, such as excel, and presentation software.
Accompany and supervise 2-mn survey teams for accurate data collection. Assist Head Surveyor in locating
and verifying deeds from ledgers of various city halls, applying meets & bounds in AutoCad programs to create

• Determine machine energy sources through observation and interview of operators.
* Hayter engineering Inc. utilizes multiple mapping systems coupled with system modeling software to build
accurate visual/interactive models of existing water systems, as well as plan for future improvements required
by the region development plan, while adhering to company standards and practices and TWC requirements.
This requires the working system knowledge of the operator to help solve complications found by my modeling
of the the clients water system to improve accuracy by comparing the saddle readings along the system with
the virtual model for calibration. I personally have mapped Red River County Water System, which included
the maximum allowed data entry for system calibration.
Determine how best to display necessary information graphically.
* By following company policy and practices, standards to make the intended information to standout on
a uniform presentation medium. Also, an understanding of priority and workflow help to address critical
information that should be boldly presented when compared to necessary information that can be introduced
in a standards and info section in case of a number of situations that may cause this information to not be
locally displayed graphically per project management..
• Manage multiple drawing files in an organized and clear fashion understandable to others.
I can adhere to the company policy on organization, storage, replication, including locating filed and/or archived
documents by myself to be available to others in both digital or physical record drawing standard.
• Utilize plant standards for drawings and file management.
Standards are excellent to display graphical and/or characterized instruction for both typical project tasks
to specialized details when needed. In most Specialized practices, standard pages are saved to a intranet
server to be amended to fit multiple applications and sizes reducing time on service duties, such as prints for
distribution to clients and contractors.
• Search for and utilize existing plant drawings.
Local clients come in to ask about a service such as a standard meet&bound surveying consult. In addition
to working with the clients and managers, I've worked with subcontractors for any needed service that was
not offered by Hayter Engineering. The difficult situations arise say when the last recorded meet/bound or
highway maps are from as early as in 1890's in Red River County. The task of locating your information can be
extensive in some cases across many deed ledgers in a county courthouse for hours to find useful information .
Existing drawings are excellent presentation tools to assist prospective and existing clients to visualize and
be better informed about options to reach a working solution. Existing drawings should be kept on file easy
accessible on plain white paper for distribution via Paper Sets, or FTP sites until given Record Drawings that
replace the Existing set. An 11"x 17" set always came in handy and took no time to produce graphic accurate
representation of the project.
On many different occasions my position with Hayter Inc. would require close communication and proper
information gathering from any info located. While Hayter Inc. focus was on Civil practices, very often projects
such as the Fannin County Animal Shelter would be retained. Reeves Hayter reviewed my work and progress
to institute company practices, standards, and direct workflow from the client needs assestment to Record
Drawing actual installation amendments and proper standard for archiving completed projects.
